1. Passport Services

   • Once passport processing has begun, cancellations are not allowed. Fees paid for government applications or processing are non-refundable.

2. Travel Bookings

   • Travel bookings (flights, accommodations, tours) can be canceled or modified according to the terms of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
   • Wow Travels will assist in cancellations, but refunds will depend on the policies of the third-party providers.

3. Refund Eligibility

   • Refunds for travel bookings will be processed in accordance with the respective service provider’s policies. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
   • Government fees, passport application fees, or service fees paid to Wow Travels are non-refundable once the process has started.

4. Refund Process
